Additional Booth Badges
Once you have purchased a booth, you are entitled to add booth personnel to your registration. There are two options for purchasing additional booth badges:
- Full Conference Badges: $825 These badges provide access to all full conference events and the innovations pavilion.
- Additional Booth Badges: $475 These badges provide access to the Innovations Pavilion only.
Innovations Pavilion Bookstore
You can also display and sell your publications, books, and research in the Innovations Pavilion Bookstore centrally located on the exhibit trade show floor. Participating in the bookstore offers yet another way for to you interact with sector leaders and professionals, gaining contacts and providing solutions to their needs.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Booth location and space will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please send all cancellation notices to Liz Culkin. Cancellations received by July 1, 2016 will be honored with a full refund less a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations received between July 2, 2016, and August 24, 2016, will receive a 50 percent refund of the total exhibitor registration fee. No cancellations will be honored after August 24, 2016.
