Over sixteen years ago, Lisa Brown Morton set out to build a market where one didn’t exist. She founded Nonprofit HR, the only human resources firm in the country that works exclusively with the nonprofit sector.

Lisa is a Washington Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award honoree, as well as a 2012 SmartCEO Magazine Brava! award recipient. In March 2016, she was named to the list Power50 Women, awarded by Walker’s Legacy.
