In this session, Lowell Weiss and Mary Winkler will provide a user-friendly introduction to the Performance Imperative (PI), the Leap Ambassadors Community’s rigorous effort to define “high-performance organization” and the core disciplines/competencies for achieving high performance. They will focus on how you can put the PI to use in your organization to help you “get better at getting better” for those you serve.
